Risk Situation Guidelines

  1. Note in the CRM that you have attempted to contact the student 3 times without success.
  2. Send the 'CDU SafeZone' template SMS, or leave a fourth voicemail advising that you will refer the student to SafeZone.
  3. Complete the Call Record Log with as much detail as possible.
  4. Close the task in the CRM.
  5. Pass the task to the Project Manager and inform them of the situation.
